1. Introduction

The platform is operated by yk999 and is made available to eligible players in the Bangladesh market and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of the relationship between yk999 and its registered players, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, wagering, bonus eligibility, responsible gaming obligations, and the resolution of disputes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the yk999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between yk999 and its players. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the platform, these Terms shall prevail.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit bonuses awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that yk999 requires all players to complete before withdrawals are processed.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all yk999 transactions are denominated.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the yk999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the Player's use of the Platform:

• The Player must be at least 21 years of age. yk999 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on the Platform.
• The Player must be a natural person acting on their own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register Player accounts.
• The Player must not be a current or former employee of yk999, nor a close family member of any yk999 employee, where such registration would give rise to a conflict of interest.
• The Player must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing yk999 is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is each Player's sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in their own jurisdiction before registering.
• The Player must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of their jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

To access the full features of the yk999 Platform, including the ability to deposit funds and place bets, a Player must complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply to account registration:

4.1 Accuracy of Information

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player may hold only one active yk999 Account at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, yk999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

4.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials. Players must not share their username or password with any third party. yk999 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to keep their credentials secure. Players must notify yk999 immediately at [email protected] if they suspect any unauthorised access to their Account.

4.4 Account Currency

All yk999 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The Account currency is set at registration and cannot subsequently be changed.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

yk999 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request is processed. yk999 also reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any earlier stage, including before a deposit is accepted or before a bonus is awarded.

Acceptable identity documents for KYC purposes include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid Bangladesh Passport
• Bangladesh Driving Licence (front and back)

In addition to identity documents, yk999 may request proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months) and proof of the payment method used for deposits (such as a screenshot of the player's bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number). 6. Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

yk999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in BDT. yk999 does not accept deposits made by third parties — the name on the payment method must match the name on the registered yk999 Account.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, although yk999 reserves the right to apply deposit limits to individual accounts as part of responsible gaming controls or fraud prevention measures.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to the Player's Account balance in real time, typically within 30 seconds of a successful transfer. Deposits via Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer may take up to 30 minutes to be credited, depending on the processing time of the relevant financial institution.

6.4 Deposit Fees

yk999 does not charge fees on deposits. However, the Player's payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. yk999 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets from KYC-verified accounts are targeted to be processed within 30 minutes of the request being submitted. Withdrawals to Rocket, Upay, and bank accounts may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard may take 3–5 business days, depending on the card-issuing bank's processing times. These processing time targets apply to withdrawals submitted during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

7.3 Withdrawal Method Restrictions

yk999 applies a return-to-source policy for withdrawals wherever technically possible. This means that funds deposited via bKash will be returned to the same bKash mobile number used for the deposit, and funds deposited via Nagad will be returned to the same Nagad account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and ensure that withdrawal destinations are consistent with deposit sources.

7.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed once the Player's Account has passed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests may be suspended or declined if yk999's fraud detection systems identify unusual activity on the Account, or if there is a pending investigation into Account conduct. Players will be notified of any suspension and given an opportunity to respond.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

yk999 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and special offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. 8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Bets placed on certain game types (such as live casino table games or specific slot titles) may contribute at a reduced rate towards the wagering requirement — the applicable contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

yk999 monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes on the same event to minimise wagering requirement risk, or using any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — will have their bonus funds and any winnings derived from them forfeited, and their Account may be permanently closed.

8.4 yk999 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

yk999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a Player has already accepted a bonus and begun meeting the wagering requirement, any modification to that specific promotion's terms will not be applied retroactively to that Player's existing bonus balance.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the yk999 sportsbook and all rounds played on yk999 casino games are subject to the specific game rules published on the relevant game or market page. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on yk999:

• All bets are final once confirmed. yk999 does not accept cancellation requests for bets after they have been placed, except in cases where yk999 has confirmed a manifest error in the odds or game parameters.
• In the event of a technical failure during a casino game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account balance.
• For sports betting, if an event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required period of play has been completed (as defined in the sport-specific rules), bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yk999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent account closure with forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's games or systems.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information misuse, or any form of sports fraud in connection with bets placed on yk999.
• Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit transaction after bets have been placed with those funds.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or evading account restrictions.
• Providing false, forged, or manipulated identity or address documents during KYC verification.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

yk999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• At the Player's own request, including for responsible gaming self-exclusion purposes.
• Where continued operation of the Account would expose yk999 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance in the Account — including both cash balance and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for reasons not related to a breach by the Player (for example, yk999 withdrawing services from a jurisdiction), the Player's verified cash balance will be returned to them via their most recently used payment method within 30 business days.

12. Responsible Gaming

yk999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their Account dashboard, including:

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yk999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues outside yk999's reasonable control.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes yk999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. yk999 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the yk999 servers. Player financial data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors and is not stored in its raw form on yk999 servers.

16. Amendments to These Terms

yk999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, yk999 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a notice on yk999.io and, where possible, by sending an email notification to registered Players. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which yk999 is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through yk999's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of yk999's incorporation. Players retain any statutory rights they may have under the laws of their own jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
